Punjani Inc. is a technology and growth company working from the United Kingdom and Pakistan. Since 2016 we have scaled our own e-commerce brands, built four communication products used by more than 1,000 businesses, and helped clients grow online.
Our story
We started as a store, not an agency.
Punjani Inc. began by running online stores. Growing them to 8-figure revenue meant solving the problems every e-commerce business in Pakistan knows: fake cash-on-delivery orders, missed customer calls, slow confirmations and marketing that was hard to measure.
The tools we built for ourselves became products. Robo Call confirms orders with automated voice calls. Robo Connect gives teams one business number with routing and call history. Robo SMS sends bulk and transactional messages. Robo Alert automates WhatsApp order updates.
Today we offer the same experience as a service: e-commerce, technology, data, marketing, social media and branding, delivered by a team that has done it with its own money on the line.

Huzaifah Punjani
Founder & CEO
Huzaifah studied Computer Science at FAST-NUCES and worked as a Data Scientist at Afiniti before founding Punjani Inc. He leads product and strategy across the Robo family and the services team, and brings a data-first way of working to every engagement.
