What does Punjani Inc do?
We help businesses grow online through e-commerce, technology, data, marketing, social media and branding services, and we build the Robo family of communication products: Robo Call Pakistan, Robo Connect, Robo SMS Pakistan and Robo Alert.
Where are you based?

Are you a registered IT company in Pakistan?
Yes. Punjani Inc. is a member of P@SHA, the Pakistan IT Industry Association, and of PSEB, the Pakistan Software Export Board.

Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Many clients start with one focused problem, such as a store that converts poorly or too many cancelled COD orders. We scope work to the size of the problem and your budget.
How do projects start?
Tell us what you want to improve through the contact form. We reply with a suggested first step, usually a short call and a written scope with timeline and price.
How do you price projects?
Most work is quoted as a fixed price for an agreed scope. Ongoing work such as marketing or social media is a monthly retainer. Product subscriptions are priced on each product's own website.
Can you work with our existing website or store?
Yes. We regularly improve existing Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress sites rather than starting again, unless a rebuild is clearly the better option.
Where can I see current Robo product features and prices?
Each product has its own website with current features, integrations, pricing, sign-up and support: robocall.pk, roboconnect.pk, robosms.pk and roboalert.app.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive business details.
